 Dendrobium faciferum, also called as The All Facing Dendrobium (refers to the flowers upright stature), Ceraia facifera, is a species of the genus Dendrobium. This species was described by Johannes Jacobus Smith in 1908.

 It is a medium to large sized, hot growing epiphyte, which can reach a height of 100 cm, with slender to robust, stiffly erect, greyish brown, greenish yellow striped, swollen below, canelike above, 100 cm long stems that branches towards the apex and carrying many, lanceolate, shortly and unequally bilobed apically, fleshy, shiny above, darker below, 8-9 cm long leaves with dirty violet sheaths.

 The All Facing Dendrobium blooms on numerous, 2 to 5 flowered, sessile inflorescence arising from near the apex of mature leafy and leafless canes. The flowers are 1.3 cm long. Bright, yellow to orange flowers have a sharpened, oval-ovoidal dorsal petal, triangular lateral outer petals and oval petals of inner whorl. The spur is long. The 3-segment lip is split at the apex and has straightened side plots.
